Mars Nordics is looking for a People & Organization Administrator

Then you might be our next People & Organization Administrator.


Ongoing support of our People & Organization (P&O) signature processes, managing and reporting people data and maintaining associate files. Supports the creation of materials to educate associates about policies, practices and procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities

The job is part-time, 20 hours/week, with the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Track, monitor and report on people data, leveraging our HR & Talent systems.
  • Support Payroll & Pension operational administration.
  • Maintain the personnel records (both paper and digital).
  • Maintain job descriptions inventory for all positions.
  • Maintain personnel policy documentation.
  • Maintain/create Purchase Orders and Vendors.
  • Support the creation and sharing of P&O materials (e.g. Sharepoint, associate letters, policy updates).
  • Publish P&O communication on internal channels.
  • Learning & Development: Course maintenance and organization of local training offerings.
  • Recommend, develop and revise P&O practices as required.

For the right person it may be possible for additional hours within Office Service.


Education & Professional Qualification

  • Relevant higher school education, HR related capacity (preferred).
  • Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages


  • 1-2 years of professional HR experience.
